Data Sharing & Targeted Advertising Opt-Out

Isla & Grace Sydney uses tools such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to show you more relevant ads based on your activity on our site. Under some privacy laws, this is considered "sharing" or "selling" personal information for targeted advertising, and you have the right to opt out at any time.

How to opt out:

Email us at info@islagracesydney.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Request", including the name or email address associated with your account or past orders. We will stop sharing your information with our advertising partners, including Meta, for targeted advertising purposes within 10 business days.

You can also manage your ad preferences directly through Facebook and Instagram's own Ad Preferences settings, or adjust cookie and tracking preferences in your browser.

If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically treat this as an opt-out request for that browser and device.

Opting out will not affect order confirmations, shipping updates, or other non-promotional communications, and will not result in different pricing or service.
